Spiritual Canoe is Loudness' very first reunion album in 10 years! These intense tunes exhibit a rather new direction for the Takasaki/Niihara combo - it is a much more dark and heavy sound than in the past. Traditional Loudness-ists might not be totally thrilled by this album, but if you're willing to overlook the departure from the "old-school" Loudness sound, I think you will be very pleased by this album.
