Great show I must say. I saw them once in the 80's at Pine Knob (A local concert venue) with TNT and I think White Lion and one other group, its been so long though I can't remember the other band or if it was White Lion but I do know that it was TNT.
Back to the Detroit show... Sound was very good. The whole band deservers a lot of credit. They still can rock.
The only disapointment was at the end of the show. There was a guy at the stage that had a pic of Akira and a sharpie for Akira to get an autograph. Akira shook everyones hand around this person and might have even shook the persons hand. But did not give him his autograph. I though that was pretty lame. He looked at it more than one time and just passed it by. It would have been a very cool thing for him to do. Does not take much to give an autograph and make some fans day.
Anyways, Hopefully it will not be another 20 years before they are back!

Heya Jason!
Glad you liked the show! The band really DOES still have it! That's for sure!
That really sucks that Akira didn't sign that guy's albumfrom the rumors I'm hearing though, y'all will get to go see them MUCH sooner than 20 years from now. MUCH sooner than 1 year from now, in fact. 
I'll post more info as I get it!

Akira did sign autographs after the show in Fayetteville, NC.
Trying to get an autograph from someone while on stage rarely ever works, so do not fault Akira in this instance. I have seen many attempts over the years to have something signed on stage. Almost no one does it.
