Lazy:HAPPY TIME (1998)20 years after recording their first single, LAZY reunited to record HAPPY TIME in the studio, with a decidedly different sound than they used to have. HAPPY TIME is a collection of new songs, plus some rather energetic covers of Jefferson Airplane's "Somebody to Love" and "SEALED WITH A KISS" by Simon and Garfunkel. The guitar work on this album is impressive, but not Akira's best. He did seem to put more effort into it than Loudness of the same period, though. In addition to his guitar work, Akira also performs the lead vocals in 黒頭巾 and SEALED WITH A KISS.
